Model constructor

Try the new JWS Online model constructor. With this tool you can build a model from scratch using a simple text based format, or upload an existing model (SBML or JWS Online format) and adapt it to your liking. The constructor has an automated schema generator and good error catching facilities. Models can be saved in SBML files or JWS formats and directly simulated in the JWS Online simulator. The constructor, which is still in development, will be a simple one stop for model construction and saving in SBML format, with SBGN and MIRIAM standards for representation and annotation.
